Where is it taking place?

How do I get there?
We strongly encourage the use of public transportation.
Bus: A short 10-minute walk to Pasir Panjang Power Station A.
Closest bus stops: Mapletree Business City, Labrador Park Station, Pasir Panjang Centre, Labrador Park Station.
Train: Labrador Park MRT Station (CC27). Take Exit A, and it’s a 10-minute walk to Pasir Panjang Power Station.
Taxi / Private Hire Car: Input “27 Pasir Panjang Road” as your destination.
Car: Nearest Car Parks are located at Mapletree / Alexandra Retail Centre. Limited valet parking is available at the venue at a first come first serve basis.

Age Restrictions
& Identification
Is there an age restriction?
Please refer to the show rating for age restrictions on the event ticketing page.
What forms of ID do you accept?
We accept the following forms of valid photo IDs: NRIC / Passport / Work Permit / S Pass / Employment Pass / Student Pass / Dependent Pass
You may produce a photocopy or digital copy of your valid photo ID, as long as it is valid as of the Event Date.
The photo ID needs to be presented as proof of age to enter the Event, and to purchase or consume alcohol. You may be required to produce such proof at any time during the Event. We reserve the right to evict/deny entry without refund to any persons not complying with the above conditions.
At the Event
What should I bring?
- Your event ticket/s
- Valid photo identification (ID)
- Cash and debit/credit card(s)
- Mobile phone
- Empty and unsealed reusable plastic water bottle (no glass or metal)
- Good vibes. We want you to have a great time, but please also remember to eat and drink during the Event. We will have a selection of F&B options available.
Prohibited Items
Prohibited items are not permitted into the Venue. Prohibited items include but are not limited to:
- weapons, or resemblance of weapons, including but not limited to knives, firearms, blunt offensive objects/batons and those with sharp ends;
- outside food and beverage including alcohol and bottled water (empty plastic bottles are allowed);
- straight umbrellas (foldable umbrellas are allowed);
- audio and/or video recording devices of any kind (including action cameras or similar)
professional/DSLR cameras and photography equipment of any kind (analog and/or digital), including action cameras eg. GoPro - illegal substances including controlled, dangerous or illicit drugs;
- E-cigarettes and other forms of vaporisers;
- glassware (jars, bottles, containers);
- metal objects (jars, bottles, containers);
- large bags or items (musical instruments, luggage, etc.);
- fireworks/flares/sparklers;
- laser pointers;
- cans or spray cans;
- personal transport devices (bicycles, skateboards, skates and scooters);
- helmets of any types;
- chairs/stools/tables;
- animals (other than trained assistance dogs);
- musical instruments and/or noise makers including but not limited to drums, whistles, vuvuzelas, air horns and loud hailers without the prior consent of the Organiser;
- projectile items which are reasonably considered by the Organiser as being able to cause injury, nuisance or offence to another person including balls, frisbees, rackets or similar objects;
- banners, flags, fan boards, posters larger than 1m (length or width) which has not been pre-approved for the Organiser;
- tripods, monopods and selfie sticks;
- remote control cars, drones or unmanned aerial vehicles; and
- unauthorised solicitation materials (handbills, flyers, stickers, beach balls, give-aways, samples and/or other promotional items);
- other items as determined by the Organiser that may cause injury or public nuisance.
The Promoter/Organiser and/or Event staff will not keep safe any prohibited/disallowed/confiscated items for you. Any item(s) left behind are at your own risk. If you are found in the Event Venue with a prohibited item, it will be confiscated and will not be returned and may be given to the Police. You will be evicted, your Event Ticket will be cancelled with no refund, and you may be referred to the Police if necessary.
Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry to any persons, as it deems fit.
What are the payment options available at the event?
We accept cash, credit/debit card and PayNow.
Can I exit and re-enter the event?
Unfortunately, re-entry is not allowed. Don’t worry, the Event is well stocked with food and drinks, and we are equipped with sufficient washrooms, a first aid station and other necessary amenities on site.
What happens if it rains on the day?
Rain or shine, we party!
Are there lockers or storage facilities at the event?
No, there are no lockers or storage facilities available at the venue. You can refer to “What should I bring?” for our suggestions or “Prohibited items” for the full list of restricted items.
Can I smoke at the event?
Smoking is permitted within the designated smoking areas. The use of e-cigarettes and other forms of vaporisers is strictly not allowed. Anyone caught vaping by the authorities will be fully responsible for the penalty imposed.
Where do I report any lost or found articles?
Found: Please take any found items to our front-of-house staff at the main entrance’s Box Office.
Lost: Misplaced something? Check with our Event front-of-house staff on the day itself. Alternatively, e-mail hello@24owls.sg and we will do our very best to help you.
Is there a first aid station at the Event?
Yes, if you’re not feeling well (we hope not!), there will be a first aid station with medics available at the event.
Any disability access and facilities?
The venue is mostly wheelchair-friendly with barrier-free routes, except for some short flights of stairs at selected areas. If you require assistance, please e-mail us before the Event at hello@24owls.sg. Wheelchair access portable loo is available onsite.
Are there restricted capacities and/or restricted access at the event?
There may be restricted capacities and restricted access at some of the stages, or locations within the venue. Once the maximum capacity is reached, no further admissions will be allowed. The Promoter reserves the right to make any area/s accessible only to persons aged 18 years and older (due to mature content or any other reason). The purchase/holding of a valid Event Ticket will not guarantee admission to these areas.

Media
If you wish to apply for media accreditation, please email press@24owls.sg. You will be advised in due course if your application has been approved. Media Accreditation tickets are extremely limited and we strongly advise you to purchase a ticket if you don’t want to miss out on the Event. Please note we are unable to accredit student or freelance journalists.

Terms & Conditions
Your ticket to the Event is sold or given, and admission to the Event is granted, on the express condition that you are bound by these Event T&Cs, and any other rules, regulations and directions, as issued by the Promoter, from time to time, whether after the issuance of this Ticket, prior to the Event, and during the Event.
